A machine that stays put
Long-term hire sits between rolling short-term hire and buying outright. A machine is allocated to you for an agreed term, commonly 12 months, and stays on your site for the duration. You get continuity of access without tying up capital in a depreciating asset.
Because the term is fixed and the transport happens once, the rate comes down a long way. Rates start from as low as $650 + GST per machine per month, based on a 12-month contract with at least two scissor lifts. Shorter terms and single machines are still worth asking about; they just price differently.

Who takes a long-term machine
The pattern is the same across all of them: the work at height is continuous, and sending a machine back and forth every few weeks costs more in transport and downtime than keeping it.

Delivery and collection are charged separately and are not included in the hire rate. Transport is charged on the road distance from our yard to your site, each way, so a closer site is a cheaper run. Beyond 60 km of the yard, ask for a transport quote. The monthly unlimited package is the exception: it covers two machines with unlimited transport inside 60 km. All rates exclude GST.
